House Rules

We would like inform you in short of our house rules so your stay is made comfortable and a positive experience for all.

1.- During your stay please help to preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use by turning off taps, showers and lights after use and other electrical appliances that are not being used throughout the property.

2.- Smoking is not allowed inside of our building, we have a new sensitive alarm system fitted. For smoking please use back red door at bottom of stairs on the next to the shoe rack. Do not forget to lock the door after smoking.

3.- Please take off your shoes in the entrance for hygiene reasons helping us to preserve the new carpet. Feel free to use the shoe rack in the entrance hallway so if you can bring home shoes they would be very useful.

4.- Extra visiting friends and family that want to stay over for any nights MUST BE told about to the assistant volunteers or to the manager before arrival as there is extra cost (£10 per person per night extra).

5.- Please use the premises that are at your disposal, equipment and inventory carefully as a good guest.

6.- For hygiene and cleanliness reasons of bedrooms preparing of meals or eating in the rooms is not allowed ESPECIALLY on beds. Please use our fully-equipped kitchen and the living room for consuming your food and a chance to meet/get to know other guests.

7.- If you encounter any damage to property/item or see another guest causing a problem please notify the staff straight away and it will be dealt with utmost privacy and promptly replaced.

8.- Please keep in mind the other guests sleeping and keep noise in the room, hallway or living room/kitchen to a minimum from 11pm-11am.

9.- On the day of your departure please clear the room by 11am and leave the key behind the door so sheets can be taken for washing. You may stay & use shared facilities until your departure as needed as long as you tell the staff in advance.

10.- We reserve the right to break the stay and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of these rules or if they disturb other guests with their behaviour.
