2.- Once you get to the front door, try to ring the 3 bells or call us but just in case nobody is available we will send you the code for the front door via email, text or phone call, once you type it you have to turn the handler to the left and push the door.
3.- Walk until the end of the corridor and then go upstairs until the top floor (Flat 211, brown door with 211 number on), open the flat door and your room is the one with the number “3” on the door. The key is hanging inside the door hangers and the WiFi password is written in the sheet we provide inside the room but just in case it’s Monument123-4
– 3 BATHROOMS: There are 2 at the end of 211 corridor, and one more in 212 corridor (First door on the left)
– LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN are in front of your room
There is a shelf for you in the white fridge in the living room with the label number “3” and another one in the the kitchen cupboards.
There is FREE COFFEE AND TEA in the kitchen next to the sink BUT the other stuff in the kitchen is private, so please respect the other guests belongings
5.- HOUSE RULES, WARRANTY DEPOSIT AND FINES:
You don´t need to pay any warranty deposit because you agreed our terms and conditions www.gago.info/t when you submitted the form BUT if there are any damages or you don´t respect the house rules we can charge you £200 for smoking in the room, making noise at night, eating or drinking in the room, etc.
Please leave the room before 12, and don´t forget to leave the key in the same place where you found it. Leave the door open so we know that you left and we would appreciate if you can email us to firstname.lastname@example.org what time you are planning to leave just in case we have an early check-in so we can give him the room
7.- STAFF & CONTACT NUMBERS
If you have any problem you can contact them. They live in room 8 top floor (Flat 212) and you can find them also in the living room upstairs, in front room 3, flat 211, but since we don´t have reception they are not 24/7 available, you can try to call them or call the management team in the numbers here: gago.info/d
